Wellington Hotel
Wellington Hotel
The Hotel Wellington was constructed to coincide with the arrival of the railway and obtained its first licence on 1880 under the proprietorship of George Johnson. The building is a substantial, double-storey structure which features three trussed roof gables and a turret with a corner bellcote, turned verandah posts and a cast iron balustrade surrounding the facade along the balcony.
