The Historic House at 69 Grafton Street, was first owned by Joseph Collins, a Jewish merchant. He was a dealer of gold, wool, tallow and sheepskins, money lender, alderman in 1868 and wanted to manufacture cloth in Goulburn in 1849, Goulburn NSW Australia.
