Historic Building 83 Grafton Street is a two storey Georgian Inn. It was first established as the Crimean Inn by John Bagwill, a former Sergeant of Police in 1857. The name was latter changed to the Builder's Arms Hotel. Today it is a private house. Grafton Street Goulburn NSW Australia.
