Diesel Electric Locomotive
The Maryborough site began its history in 1868 as Walkers Limited, a foundry and manufacturer that produced ships, milling equipment, mining equipment and railway vehicles.
The first locomotive was manufactured in 1873, and since then more than 700 steam, diesel and electric locomotives have been built.
