White Bay Power Station
The disused White Bay power station, one of inner Sydney's oldest and most significant industrial sites, is likely to be redeveloped as the NSW Heritage Council reviews the plant's conservation plan.
From 1917 until its decommissioning in 1983, the power station was the longest-serving of Sydney's four power plants. It was heritage listed at the urging of the National Trust. More Info
